Buffalo, N.Y. - There will be a Special Legislative Committee Meeting in regards to bringing inclusionary zoning to The City of Buffalo. Inclusionary zoning is one tool that has been used across the country to ensure new housing developments include a percentage of their housing units as affordable for working class residents. The Common Council is currently considering whether inclusionary zoning is needed for The City of Buffalo and will be taking comments from the public. Details for the event are:
